CommonRise Grant Review
Bring your RFP and your proposal. We review it the way federal grant reviewers do: the funder’s own criteria and points, strengths and weaknesses for each one, and the fixes worth the most points.
Upload the RFP
We read it and build a Review Model: what the funder says it will judge, how many points each part is worth, the required sections and limits, attachments and deadline. You see the model before you pay. It’s saved and reused for every proposal tested against that RFP.
Test the proposal
Yours, another grant writer’s, or one from our Proposal Builder. A compliance check first, then three independent reviewers and a chair who settles their differences and checks the whole application for consistency.
What you get
- Your score by criterion, out of 100, and a grade (A 90+, B 80–89, C 70–79, D 60–69, F under 60)
- Strengths and weaknesses for every criterion, tied to the RFP’s words
- Every check’s rating with its reason, and the page it points to
- A ranked list of fixes: where each change goes, what’s missing and how many points are at stake
- A warning if anything could get you screened out before review (that caps the grade at C until it’s fixed)
- One re-score after your edits, and a PDF report to share
